Green Spain processes the information provided by data subjects in order to manage and control (i) registration in accordance with the conditions of use of the Website and, where applicable, the use of the different services offered on the Website (e.g. the Image Bank) in accordance with the conditions of use to which the service is subject at any given time; and (ii) sending information about tourism events and activities related to Green Spain according to the advertising preferences that users have indicated on the registration form (or that they subsequently modify, where applicable). Personal data provided will be retained for as long as the user is registered on the website and the contractual relationship between the parties remains in force, as well as for as long as the user does not unsubscribe from processing for purpose (ii). Once this contractual relationship has ended or consent to processing for purpose (ii) has been withdrawn, data will be kept, even if blocked, for the period of six (6) years relating to the general obligation of entrepreneurs to keep commercial documentation provided for in the Commercial Code, or for the limitation period for actions relating to possible contractual or regulatory liabilities for Green Spain, when this period is longer than the six (6) years mentioned above.
